If you are reporting a crash bug, please make sure you include enough information for debugging purposes.

  • a clear description of the issue
  • specify which exact version of ProxySQL you are running
  • specify which package did you use to install ProxySQL
  • attach compressed proxysql binary
  • specify which exact OS version you are running
  • attach compressed core dump (if you are concerned it may contain sensitive data, contact us directly)
  • attach compressed error log (not just the last few lines)
  • try to list every step to reproduce the issue

Crashing bugs without enough information are unlikely to be investigated.
